31.05.2010	New: Böllhoff Repair Solutions – RIVKLE® blind rivet nuts The setting of RIVKLE® blind rivet nuts is often the only fastener solution for hollow sections, housings or where access is limited to one side of a component for adding a thread to thin-walled workpiece.

08.03.2010	Böllhoff has acquired Armstrong Precision Components Ltd. We are delighted to announce that on the 26th February 2010, Böllhoff Group acquired the entire shareholding of Armstrong Precision Components Ltd., (APC), from Caparo Engineering.

29.10.2009	Indian production starts operation The new Böllhoff production facility, located in Gurgaon near Delhi, was inaugurated on 5th October, 2009 by the Managing Director of Böllhoff India, Jagdish Keswani and our Managing Partner, Willhelm A. Böllhoff. So Böllhoff is a manufacturer for its own products also in India.

25.06.2009	Satisfied customers at the first in-house exhibition in the logistics centre Nearly 90 people from 6 nations followed on 18 June 2009 the invitation to the first in-house show to the logistics center of South-East Europe (Slovakia) in Senec near Bratislava.
09.03.2009	New to the Böllhoff Test Laboratory: Fatigue testing The technical test laboratory has invested in a state of the art dynamic test machine enabling it to conduct fatigue tests internally.
12.11.2008	Inauguration "World of Joining Together" The “World of Joining Together” passes its first big test with flying colors. The “World of Joining Together” opened its doors for its first big event on the 4th and 5th of November 2008. There were 80 invited guests who took part in the 4th Professional Congress. We are happy to report that all went well and the premiere was a success!
12.11.2008	Böllhoff continues to be EN 9100 certified The audit carried out by TÜV Rheinland ended with a very positive outcome. In succession, we have reached a total score of over 90 points on a maximum scale of 100.
27.10.2008	The entire world of fastening technology At the beginning of November, we will inaugurate our new building in Bielefeld.
22.08.2008	Böllhoff is honoured On 22/08/2008, Böllhoff was awarded the Marketing Award OWL (Marketingpreis OWL) in a ceremony in the "World of Joints" (Welt der Verbindungen).
21.08.2008	Böllhoff Group secures major order from Audi Bielefeld. Böllhoff, a specialist in joining and screwdriving technology, has secured a major order from automotive manufacturer AUDI AG of a total volume of approx. 4 million euros.
21.08.2008	Enhancement of production plants in China Construction work for the production and office enlargement of Böllhoff in Wuxi, China, is proceeding according to plan. The inauguration ceremony and the start of the enlarged production plants is scheduled for 02 December 2008.
01.08.2008	Education at Böllhoff At the Böllhoff Group, 25 young people have started their training. Apart from 17 trainees in the technical and commercial field in Bielefeld, 3 commercial trainees have been hired in the branches in Dormagen, Munich and Nuremberg. In the Sonnewalde plant, we also greeted four technical trainess. In the Logistics Centre South (Logistikzentrum Süd) in Jettingen-Scheppach, one young person is trained.
